To Our Valued Patients:

Gulf Coast Obstetrics and Gynecology is pleased to announce we are re-locating our office.

By August of 2012, we will be moving into the second floor of the Medical Arts Building at 1950 Arlington Street, directly on the campus of Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Our new office will contain several new improvements including consolidated office suites, faster access to Labor and Delivery for emergencies, and a new surgical suite to enhance our in-office procedure services.

In addition, we will be transitioning to Electronic Medical Records allowing our providers full and easy access to your charts, even from home and the hospital. This new program will also allow labs, imaging studies, and pathology reports to be electronically directed into charts without paper, allowing for faster processing and notification of patients.

To keep you updated, we plan additional notification by:

• Mass mailers
• E-mails (if we have your e-mail address)
• Newspaper notification
• Facebook
